WOMEN QUEST is an online magazine designed to inform, inspire, and encourage women to reach their full potential while mentoring and empowering others. Our writers’ aim is to showcase the hiding talent found in women while encouraging mentorship and empowerment opportunities.

Managing Editor
Julia Tramontin
Julia Tramontin is the Managing Editor of Business Hub, Women Quest, and Youth Mind. She is currently a law student at Osgoode Hall and has a degree in journalism. She is particularly interested in storytelling as a vehicle for change. She has worked as a writer and editor on publications such as Obiter Dicta and Review of Journalism. When she’s not editing, she can be found hanging out with her cockapoo, Ollie, or with her nose in a book.

Lan Nguyen
Lan Nguyen is the Managing Editor for Business Hub, The Newcomer, Blackvoice, Women Quest and Youth Mind. He just recently finished up his bachelor’s degree in English & Professional Writing at York University, during which time he served as an Art Senior Editor for Inventio and as a Non-fiction Junior Editor for Existere. When he isn’t working, he can be found listening to emo music, fussing over the Toronto Raptors, or playing video games with his friends.

Madhvi Jha is a Writer for Women Quest, focused on women’s stories, social issues, and identity. She completed her Master’s in Journalism and her work explores themes of resilience, equity, and community across diverse experiences. Madhvi is passionate about storytelling, she uses her writing to inform, connect, and inspire change.

Alia Al-Khalili
Alia Al-Khalili is a Creative Editor for Women Quest with a love for design and communication. Being a graduate from the illustration program at Sheridan College, Alia has always loved art and aims to utilize it for improving lives and inspiring people. When taking a break from making art, Alia enjoys hiking, listening to rock music, browsing antique stores, and learning about science and nature.

Jessica Mazze
Jessica Mazze is a graduate student from Toronto Metropolitan University, completing her master’s in Professional Communication. As a journalism graduate, Jessica has written for Twenty Two Media Group, HerCampus and previously worked as a copyeditor for New Wave Magazine. In her spare time, she is either working at the Hot Docs Bloor Cinema, watching cool documentaries, or is writing her research paper at the closest coffee shop.

Stephanie Taylor is a recent graduate of Algonquin College’s journalism program. She loves telling stories about quirky people and the environment. She has worked as the managing editor for the Algonquin Times and as an editorial intern at Canadian Geographic. When she isn’t writing, she is spending time with her cats, window shopping with her friends or reading a book.

Jada Peters, Creative Editor of Women Quest, is a multidisciplinary designer passionate about creating thoughtful, modern work that connects deeply with today’s generation. Whether she’s designing accessible websites, building bold brand identities, or crafting visuals for community-driven projects, Jada brings intention and creativity to everything she does. Outside of design, she enjoys thrifting, late-night sketching sessions, walks with her dog, and staying active at the gym.

Alisha is the Creative Editor at OLDF. She is a fourth year Interactive Multimedia & Design student at Carleton University with a passion for illustration and graphic design. When not doodling, Alisha can be found in a café sipping an iced coffee or geeking out over Taylor Swift.
